Sha’baan – The Month of Preparation
Islam mein Sha’baan ek important mahina hai. Riwayat se pata chalta hai ke Muhammad is mahine mein zyada roza rakhte thay.
Yeh humein kya sikhata hai?
Yeh sikhata hai ke Ramadan achanak nahi aata. Is ke liye training hoti hai.
Meaning: Sha’baan is like a spiritual warm-up before the real marathon of Ramadan.
Roohani Safai – Enter Ramadan With a Clean Heart
1️⃣ Maafi Aur Dil Ki Safai
Ramadan rehmat ka mahina hai. Lekin agar dil mein nafrat, hasad, ya grudges hain… to ibadat ka asar kam ho jata hai.
Khud se poochein:
Kya main kisi se naraaz hoon?
Kya main ne kisi ko maaf nahi kiya?
Sha’baan ke aakhri din maafi dene ke din banayein.
“Dil saaf hoga to dua asmaan tak jaye gi.”
Meaning: A clean heart makes prayers more powerful.
2️⃣ Astaghfar Ka Routine Banayein
Ramadan mein sudden change mushkil hota hai. Is liye abhi se daily 100 baar Astaghfar ka target rakh lein.
Chhoti aadat… bada impact.
Yeh practice aap ke dil ko soften karegi aur Ramadan mein focus barhaye gi.
3️⃣ Niyyah Reset Karein
Apni niyyah likhein:
- Main is Ramadan gussa control karungi

Jismani Tayari – Prepare Your Body Before Ramadan
Ramadan sirf rooh ka imtihan nahi… jism ka bhi hai.
Ramadan ka roza sirf bhook aur pyaas ka naam nahi… yeh complete spiritual aur physical reset hai.
Jab insaan subah se shaam tak khud ko halal cheezon se bhi rok leta hai, to us ka nafs control mein aata hai.
Scientific research bhi yeh batati hai ke controlled fasting body ko metabolic rest deta hai, digestion improve karta hai aur insulin sensitivity better karta hai.
Lekin sab se bara faida rooh ka hai — roza insaan ko Allah ke qareeb karta hai, shukar ka ehsaas jagata hai aur dil ko narm bana deta hai.

💙 Yeh riwayat Sahaba se manqool hai jab Muhammad mimbar par charh rahe thay aur Jibril ne teen duaein ki aur Aap ﷺ ne har dafa “Ameen” farmaya.
عَنْ كَعْبِ بْنِ عُجْرَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ ﷺ:
«حَضَرَ الْمِنْبَرَ فَقَالَ: آمِينَ، آمِينَ، آمِينَ»
فَقِيلَ: يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ، إِنَّكَ حِينَ صَعِدْتَ الْمِنْبَرَ قُلْتَ: آمِينَ، آمِينَ، آمِينَ؟
قَالَ: «إِنَّ جِبْرِيلَ أَتَانِي فَقَالَ: مَنْ أَدْرَكَ رَمَضَانَ فَلَمْ يُغْفَرْ لَهُ فَأُبْعِدَ، قُلْ: آمِينَ، فَقُلْتُ: آمِينَ.
وَمَنْ أَدْرَكَ أَبَوَيْهِ أَوْ أَحَدَهُمَا فَلَمْ يُدْخِلَاهُ الْجَنَّةَ فَأُبْعِدَ، قُلْ: آمِينَ، فَقُلْتُ: آمِينَ.
وَمَنْ ذُكِرْتَ عِنْدَهُ فَلَمْ يُصَلِّ عَلَيْكَ فَأُبْعِدَ، قُلْ: آمِينَ، فَقُلْتُ: آمِينَ».
🌙 English Translation
Ka‘b ibn ‘Ujrah (RA) reported:
The Messenger of Allah ﷺ ascended the pulpit and said: “Ameen, Ameen, Ameen.”
It was asked, “O Messenger of Allah, when you ascended the pulpit, you said Ameen three times?”
He replied:
“Jibril came to me and said:

Whoever reaches Ramadan and is not forgiven, may he be distanced (from Allah’s mercy). Say Ameen. So I said Ameen.
-
Whoever finds his parents (or one of them) and does not attain Paradise through serving them, may he be distanced. Say Ameen. So I said Ameen.
-
Whoever hears your name mentioned and does not send blessings upon you, may he be distanced. Say Ameen. So I said Ameen.”
🌙 Urdu Translation
Hazrat Ka‘b bin Ujrah (RA) se riwayat hai:
Rasool Allah ﷺ jab mimbar par charhay to teen martaba farmaya: “Ameen, Ameen, Ameen.”
Sahaba ne arz kiya: Ya Rasool Allah, aap ne mimbar par charhte waqt teen martaba Ameen kyun kaha?
Aap ﷺ ne farmaya:
Jibraeel (AS) mere paas aaye aur kaha:
1️⃣ Jo shakhs Ramadan paye aur us ki maghfirat na ho, woh Allah ki rehmat se door ho. Aap Ameen kahen. Main ne kaha Ameen.
2️⃣ Jo apne walidain (ya un mein se kisi ek) ko paye aur un ki khidmat kar ke Jannat hasil na kare, woh door ho. Aap Ameen kahen. Main ne kaha Ameen.
3️⃣ Jis ke saamne aap ka naam liya jaye aur woh aap par durood na bheje, woh door ho. Aap Ameen kahen. Main ne kaha Ameen.
