1. Kam Neend Lena
Aksar hum 5–6 ghante ki neend ko normal samajh lete hain. Magar asal mein, body ko 7–8 ghante ki restful sleep chahiye hoti hai taa-ke cells repair ho sakein, hormones balance ho sakein aur brain fresh rahe.
